Inclement weather from winter storm Pandora forced host CC Allegheny College-Allegheny, Pittsburgh Pa. to postpone the first day of the region tournament, and unsafe conditions prevented the third-seeded Pioneers from traveling to play their first round game 2 CCAC- Boyce that had been moved to Sunday, Feb. 22.
