Skinner Named NJCAA Player of the Week
Freshman mifielder scored four goals, assisted another in lone game of week

ARNOLD, MD – Anne Arundel Community College women's lacrosse player Elsa Skinner has been named the NJCAA Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for games ending March 13, 2022, it was announced Wednesday.
Skinner, a freshman midfielder from Annapolis, scored four goals and added an assist in the Riverhawks' lone game of the week, a 16-4 win at NCAA Division II Alderson Broaddus.
Skinner also corralled one draw control and scooped up one ground ball, and scored four goals on just five shots.
The third-ranked Riverhawks are idle until next weekend when they travel to Upstate New York for a pair of top-10 matchups. AACC faces No. 2 Onondaga Saturday, March 26, and then travels to fourth-ranked Monroe Sunday, March 27.
