CUMBERLAND, MD – Six members of the Anne Arundel Community College men's soccer team scored in a 7-0 win at Allegany College of Maryland Tuesday evening. The win snaps a two-game winless streak for the Riverhawks, who improve to 3-3-1 on the year.
Aminkeng Keng netted two unassisted goals for AACC, while nine players recorded at least one point in the match. Mario Carneiro posted a pair of assists. Jonah Colebrook and Elias Guzman recorded their first career goals, and the Riverhawks also received scores from Jack Castle, Elijah Piper, and Luke Hanno. Lizandro Tuchez-Martinez and Alex Calogero chipped in with an assist each.
Ryan Smith earned the win with one save in 90 minutes of action.
AACC plays back-to-back home games this weekend, hosting CCBC Catonsville Friday at 6 pm before taking on Westmoreland Saturday at 3 pm.
