ARNOLD, MD – Led by a pair of free kick goals from Alex Calogero, the Anne Arundel Community College men's soccer team handed CCBC Catonsville a 3-0 loss on Friday evening.

Calogero, who nailed both goals from more than 20 yards out, put AACC on the board in the 32^nd minute.

The 1-0 lead stood through the break and up to the 70^th minute when Jack Castle pounced on a misplayed ball between a Cardinals defender and goalkeeper. The goal marked the second in as many games for the freshman.

Calogero added his second of the night in the 79^th minute for the sophomore's first multiple goal game.

Brendan LeMaster posted three saves in the win, as AACC controlled play for the bulk of the game, including a 12-5 advantage in shots.

The Riverhawks (4-3-1) travel to Carroll on Tuesday, October 1^st, for a 4 pm game.
