The Riverhawks struggled in their season-opener match up last night – losing 12-0 to NJCAA DI Region XX Harford Community College.
The two teams were scoreless for the first 15 minutes of the contest before Harford would go on to score 6 unanswered goals in the first half while outshooting the Riverhawks 22-2.
The relentless offensive pressure of the Fighting Owls would carry into the second half where they scored another six goals and outshot the Riverhawks 30-1.
Harford was able to hold the Riverhawks off from scoring all game and secured the win, 12-0.
