Game Notes
A slight delay from the away team pushed match play back half an hour, but the Hawks of Hagerstown wasted no time setting the tone. The Riverhawks seemed to start set play off well, but small mistakes allowed Hagerstown to sweep the win.
SET 1: Despite some early point trading, the Hawks were able to pull away from the Riverhawks and grab the win 25-15.
SET 2: The first match would be the highest scoring (15) for AACC as the Hagerstown Hawks were able take set two – 25-12.
SET 3: The night played in Hagerstown's favor, as they were able to continuously capitalize on AACC mistakes, claiming set three 25-12, and securing the match victory 3-0.

The Riverhawks next contest will be a home match on Sunday September 10th set for 1:00 pm. This will be another NJCAA DII Region XX team – the Lakers from Garrett College. Fans can come watch the action in the Jenkins Gymnasium at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, MD.
